Returns & exchange policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie, bodysuits, panties, and intimate apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at: royalnights1@yahoo.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and work to provide a satisfactory resolution.
